Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no delivery charges added at checkout.

Dispatch time

Orders placed on a working day are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Remote and hill areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India through our courier partners. A small number of PIN codes may not be serviceable; if yours is one of them we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Tracking your order

You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can also check the status from your account or by contacting us with your order number.

Storage and handling

Products are packed in laminated, water-resistant sealed packs to protect them in transit. On arrival, please store as directed on the label. If a package arrives damaged or with a broken seal, do not use the product — contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it.
