Currency and taxes

All prices and charges are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. A GST invoice is issued with your order.

Payment security

Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway over an encrypted connection. We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN on our servers. Plenum Platforms will never ask you for an OTP, PIN or password over the phone or by email.

Failed and pending payments

If a payment fails but money leaves your account, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 business days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will trace it with the gateway.

Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we cancel it and refund you in full under our Refund Policy.
